# Quickstart

> Get started with CustomerOS in four simple steps — from setup to seeing your first leads.

## Quickstart

CustomerOS is designed to deliver value fast.\
Follow these four steps to go from setup → live tracking → seeing your first ICP-fit leads and their buying stage.

### 1. Book Your Setup Call

* Schedule an onboarding session with the CustomerOS team.
* We’ll walk you through configuration, answer questions, and ensure you’re ready to capture value from day one.

Use the in-app link or [book a call](https://cal.com/mbrown/20min) with our
  team to get started.

### 2. Integrate the First-Party Tracker

* Add the CustomerOS tracking snippet to your website.
* This enables us to identify anonymous visitors, resolve companies, and connect behavior to your pipeline.
* Once installed, you’ll begin seeing traffic identified in real time.

### 3. Connect Your CRM & Ad Platforms

* Link your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) so CustomerOS can unify deals, contracts, and pipeline data.
* Connect your ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads) to attribute campaigns and measure ICP pipeline creation.
* The integrations are designed to be **one-click** and sync automatically.

### 4. See Your Leads & Their Buying Stage

* Once integrations are live, CustomerOS surfaces ICP-fit leads in your dashboard.
* Every account shows **ICP fit**, classified by **buying stage** (Target, Education, Solution, Evaluation), and enriched with firmographic details.
* Sales can immediately prioritize high-engagement leads needing attention, while marketing can nurture leads in earlier stages.
