Fathom

Fathom Premium users can integrate with CustomerOS by using a Zap to webhook.

Start by creating a Zap with a Fathom New AI Summary trigger event. You can choose to either trigger it on your meetings or on your team meetings.

Next create a POST Webhook with the following configuration:

URL: https://api.customeros.ai/events/v1/fathom

Payload Type: JSON

Header X-CUSTOMER-OS-API-KEY with the value of your API key value found in your CustomerOS settings

Run a test and navigate to an organization with the domain of one of the participants outside of your organization. You should now see the meeting AI Summary in the timeline of that organization.
