What It Does

Connect your Calendly account to CustomerOS to see the complete buyer journey leading up to every meeting booking. Understand which marketing campaigns, content, and website pages drive your most valuable meetings—insights you can’t get from Calendly alone.

Why It Matters for Marketing

Meeting Attribution: See exactly which marketing channels, campaigns, and content pieces drive meeting bookings. Stop guessing which efforts generate demos and sales calls. Buyer Journey Visibility: Track the complete path from first website visit to booked meeting. Understand how many touchpoints it takes and which ones matter most. Campaign Optimization: Identify high-performing campaigns that drive qualified meetings, not just traffic. Double down on what works and cut what doesn’t. Lead Quality Insights: See which sources bring buyers who actually book meetings versus those who just browse.

Use Cases

Marketing Attribution: Discover that your LinkedIn ad campaign drove 15 demo bookings last month, while your Google Ads only drove 3. Adjust budget accordingly. Content Performance: Identify which blog posts or case studies prospects read before booking meetings. Create more of what converts. Channel Analysis: See that prospects who engage with your pricing page are 3x more likely to book meetings than those who don’t. Campaign ROI: Calculate true campaign ROI by connecting ad spend to meeting bookings to closed deals. Multi-Touch Attribution: Understand the combination of touchpoints that lead to meetings—not just the last click.

How It Works

  1. Connect Calendly: One-click OAuth connection pulls in all your event types automatically
  2. Embed the widget: Add CustomerOS booking widget to your website (or keep your existing Calendly embeds)
  3. Track automatically: Every booking is linked to website touchpoints, marketing campaigns, and content engagement
  4. View insights: See complete buyer journeys, attribution reports, and meeting analytics in CustomerOS
What Syncs:
  • Your Calendly event types (synced automatically)
  • Real-time availability when visitors view the booking widget
  • Meeting bookings with attendee details
  • Cancel/reschedule links for attendees
One-way sync: Calendly remains your source of truth. CustomerOS adds analytics on top without changing your workflow.

  2. Click Connect Calendly and authorize CustomerOS (read-only access)
