What It Does

Connect your HubSpot Scheduler meeting links to CustomerOS to see the complete buyer journey leading up to every meeting booking. Understand which marketing campaigns, content, and website pages drive your most valuable meetings—all while keeping your existing HubSpot workflow intact. Uses your existing HubSpot CRM connection - No additional authentication needed if you’ve already connected HubSpot CRM to CustomerOS.

Why It Matters for Marketing

Meeting Attribution: See exactly which marketing channels, campaigns, and content pieces drive HubSpot meeting bookings. Connect ad spend directly to booked meetings. Buyer Journey Visibility: Track the complete path from first website visit to booked meeting. Understand how prospects engage with your content before scheduling a call. CRM Integration: Bookings automatically sync to HubSpot CRM with full buyer journey context—contacts, deals, and meeting engagements all connected. Lead Quality Insights: See which sources bring buyers who book meetings versus those who just browse. Optimize for quality, not just quantity. Campaign Optimization: Identify high-performing campaigns that drive qualified meetings. Double down on what converts.

Use Cases

Marketing Attribution: Discover that prospects who read your case study are 4x more likely to book a demo than those who don’t. Create more conversion-focused content. Content Performance: Identify which blog posts or landing pages prospects visit before booking. See the content path that drives meetings. Channel Analysis: Understand that LinkedIn campaigns drive more qualified meetings than other channels, even with lower traffic volume. Multi-Touch Attribution: See the combination of touchpoints—first website visit, email campaign, pricing page view, case study download—that lead to meeting bookings. Sales Enablement: Give your sales team full buyer journey context before every HubSpot meeting, automatically synced to CRM.
