Custom Fields
Use Custom Fields to help track specific information against your customers
CustomerOS supports custom fields to help you track what is important to your customers.
They can be created and managed on the Settings > Custom Fields page.
Currently CustomerOS supports the following types of Custom Fields:
- String
- Single select
- Multi select
- Integer
Custom Fields are considered to be extensions of each data object. That means that each Custom Field (like Tags) can only be applied to a single data object like Organization or Contact.
