Import LinkedIn connections into CustomerOS
For every LinkedIn account added to CustomerOS, you have the ability to sync their connections into CustomerOS.
One of the main reasons CustomerOS users choose to sync all of their customer facing roles into CustomerOS is to optimise their LinkedIn outbound campaigns. LinkedIn rate limits the amount of connection requests you can send (<20 per day) to prevent users from spamming the network. In order to get around these limits, some people use multiple accounts to reach out to their prospects faster.
To speed this up further, especially for users who have many connections in their Total Addressable Market (TAM), CustomerOS can optimize LinkedIn campaigns by checking if any employees are connected with contacts and use their accounts rather than burning valuable connection requests (that may never be accepted).

Competitor Monitoring (on request)
A great way to canvas engaged prospects is by feeding CustomerOS competitor profiles, pages and posts, and CustomerOS will continuously check for people who interact with these LinkedIn profiles, pages and posts and add them to the specified location (either only into your CustomerOS workspace or both the workspace and directly into a Flow.
Import Sales Navigator Searches to CustomerOS (coming soon)
A great way to prospect for sales is to import from LinkedIn Sales Navigator directly.
In order to do this, you should first use Sales Navigator to narrow down a target search. Once complete, copy the search URL into the Add Person
input on either the People table or a Flow table that is triggered by adding People manually.
Once this URL is used, CustomerOS will add all contacts it can from the provided search parameters.
Surface Relevant Posts for Engagement (coming soon)
Provide CustomerOS with a 1-2 sentence description of what sort of posts you want to interact with and receive a daily per user feed of content to interact with to boost your own posts.
LinkedIn Messaging API
All of these behaviors are also accessible via the API.
You can both create and manage flows via API and also directly interact with LinkedIn via APIs manually.
