Basic reporting in CustomerOS is designed to be set and forget. It covers key revenue and growth metrics, such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and churn.

These reports are driven by the Contract object. So keep your contracts up to date in CustomerOS and never worry about rallying your team together around the wrong numbers.
