Each Organization in CustomerOS has a timeline of your history with that organization.

For every integration and data object linked to the Organization you will be able to see that full history here.

Communications

Emails, Meetings, Calls and Messages (Slack, Teams, etc.) can be seen in the timeline so you can connect the dots and see exactly where you stand with each customer.

Communication information is also ingested by our AI (based on the permissions set for each communication stream) to allow CustomerOS to be smarter about helping you to improve your customer prospecting based on

Note: Slack DMs are not currently supported for ingestion.

Usage

There are two key types of usage data collected by CustomerOS:

  1. Prospect website interactions (presales)
  2. Product interactions (postsales)

This data used as signals for Account Based Marketing (ABM), purchase intent, upsale potential and revenue retention.

To prevent this data from causing the timeline from filling up with noise, we filter down to key events that are important in your customer lifecycle:

  • First organization website visit
  • First identified person website visit
  • First soft engagement (form submission, newsletter signup)
  • First active engagement (signup, login)
  • New user login
  • Purchases & Payments

Contracts

Key contract moments such as start dates, end dates and contract updates can be viewed in the timeline.

Invoices

Invoice issue, payment, notifications and aging can be easily viewed in the timeline.

Tasks

Task creations, updates and completions are all added to the timeline.

Opportunities

All opportunity updates are viewable in the timeline.

Log events

Users can log events manually to the timeline as notes, or for any events that aren’t loaded from integrations.

Support

Support ticket creation, updates and resolutions can be viewed in the Timeline.
