Tags
Use tags to easily group your data for use by flows or user specific tasks.
Tags are a data object unique multiselect that allows for grouping of objects by one tag.
For instance, some Organization could have the tag SMB
and you would be able to sort and search for that tag within the Organization table. However, if a Person was linked to an Organization, the Person would not be linked to that Organization tag, but you could reuse the tag SMB
for Contacts.
Tags can be created, viewed, updated and deleted from the Settings > Tags
page.
Note: Deleting a tag will not remove that tag from any objects it was linked to, and recreating the same tag will reenable it against those objects.
A typical use case for tags is to group contacts or organizations together within CustomerOS that will go through a common flow together (for instance an outreach campaign, or newsletter).
